GSC Framework: Unique Approach

Global Skill City has designed a one-year C-2-C : Integrated Employability Certificate Program with a unique approach.


Assessment: This is to assess the current level of the participants, based on the assessment results, we mentor the participants in their learning process.

e-Learning: This is to enable C-2-C participants / job seekers to start developing their employability skills on their own at their own pace.

On-line mentoring: This is to support their learning process and also get access to Industry experts, subject matter experts & guru’s in respective subjects. This is delivered on-line either through chat or any other collaborative tools.

Contact sessions: Over and above e-learning and on-line mentoring, GSC would enable mock sessions, clarification sessions and Contact sessions thru experts

Class-room sessions: ILT – Instructor Led Training. This is to support participants to practice in our classroom sessions where in our designated faculty will conduct specific sessions. This will help people who could not get through the modules using above modes and also for slow learners.

Final Screening: Each module has an assessment; however, we have Final Assessment on all the modules of, C-2-C Integrated Employability Program.

Certification: On successful completion of the C-2-C program a certificate will be issued by Global Skill City. “C-2-C Integrated Employability Certificate Program”.

Placement Assistance: This is the final stage, where we provide placement assistance / career guidance/career counselling.
